Terms and Conditions – Henry Bell 200th Anniversary/Christmas Wild Bird Voucher Prize Draw

  1. The competition is open to all UK residents (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).
  2. Entrants must be 16 years of age.
  3. The prize is a voucher with an RRP of £200 to be spent on any products from the Henry Bell Wild Bird Care Collection from a Henry Bell stockist garden centre.
  4. The competition opens on 9 December 2025 and closes at 11.59pm Friday 19 December 2025.
  5. The winner will be announced on the Henry Bell Wild Bird Care Collection Facebook page on Saturday 20 December.
  6. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize following notification. After this time, Henry Bell reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner.
  7. There will be one winner, drawn at random in the prize draw.
  8. By entering the competition, entrants agree for their name and entry to be used by Henry Bell & Co in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition.
  9. Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
  10. Competition wins cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  11. No purchase necessary.
  12. The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  14. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
